Ordered a P320 X5 + Romeo1 combo a few weeks ago. The Romeo1 they did not have in stock at the time, but said they would have some in aprx. 3 weeks. Was in contact with them after the alloted time to enquire if any new eta on the optic and was told they would check with distributor and let me know. They called next day and said the distributor could now no longer give an eta on the optic, so they offered to remove a Romeo1 from an instock P320 RX and ship that to me (free of charge!) if that would be ok?! Absolutely! Got a tracking number very next day and should be here early next week - now that's going the extra mile to keep a customer happy, not to mention they gave me the best price I could find at the time on the pistol and the sight. I've no doubt I'll be dealing with them again.
