Norico tatical guns: anygood?

since this is in the shotgun forum, i assume your refering to a norinco shotgun....

do a search, theres tons of threads on the various models and their functionality.

However, what exactly do you mean by "accuracy," in a shotgun forum?

if your talking the yz thing with side folder
then no they are crap
if you have to by norinco get the rem 870 rip off, the pretty good

I have the M-37 http://www.marstar.ca/gf-norinco/YL-1J4.shtm

I have used it and am very pleased with it. It works smooth and is a great inexpensive gun for a new shotgunner. :)

I was wondering, at the end of the magazine tube, is that a welded piece to the barrel it self or cna it be removed ot add on a mag extension ??

thank you

No mag extensions for the Ithaca knockoffs.
Get an HP9-1, best bang for the buck.
Are you ferferring to the norinco gun I was asking to extend the mag for?

I was asking becasue I am a tool maker, so making one is 5 minutes, but I dont want to cut away that little mag holder or what ever you want to call it - if its attached or welded to the barrel it self??

thank you

That mag thingy is what holds the barrel to the rest of the gun, I believe.
And as a designer and machinist, nothing takes 5min:p, espaecially if you don't know first hand what it is your looking at:p , like me:D
They are brazed to the barrels.
My HP9-1 is due to come tomorrow, so I'll post pics her.
The HP9-1 is an 870 copy. Most of the parts are interchangeable between the two.
Not to mension that the 870 has tons of aftermarket goodies.

my mentallity for the past 15 or so years was fas fast fast go go go, I work in a jobbing shop, so I often times do things as fast as possible, the complexity vary from job to job, but so does the quality, lol is 5 tenths enough? :D

brazed to the barrel eh,,,,,,might be easier to take off then I thought
yes 870 has TONS of goodies, do post pictures pelase

5 tenth is a reasonable enough tolerance:D
I should get her tomorrow, and I'll post pics the same day if my trip to the dentist is not too much of a pain.
