Norinco 1911+1000 .45ACP with Pictures

Even before my 1911 arrives I just placed an order for 2 more cases of .45 before this great deal is gone... Mastercard loves me, the Wife hates me :)

EDIT: According to the website after my order (12:45 Pacific Time) there are only 5 cases left now

Hmm... The tracking number told me to expect the 1911 to arrive Monday but while I was out today they tried to deliver it! If only I'd known then I could have had it to shoot this weekend!! :(

1911

Just received mine today. It came about a week and a half later than the ammo. Now have to wait for the wifey to come home so I can get this baby to the range and test a few.

Range test

I put a box of the Norinco ammo through the gun. What a fun gun. No issues and accuracy is pretty good. I was putting all shots on the paper 4" targets at 30 feet. No fliers but was a bit rushed so with a proper session I'm sure I can get a bit tighter. Glad I went out as after buying this gun I was second guessing my self. Once I figure out how to put pics up i will try

lol an awesome gun pretty fun and cheap to shoot. what i found out about this gun is that it likes thinner oils. the thicker oil will change its functionality. functinality i mean the trigger reset and the moving parts. the thinner the oil the better it runs. my M305s just showed up. ima do a review on that one two.

I got mine today,

After some brake cleaner to remove the grease, I lubed and reassembled it.

Damn impressed by the fit and finish. Not too far off from some $900+ 1911s I have handled.

This thing is so tight, not one rattle.

I should also mention, the trigger is damn nice and smooth.

I am looking forward to getting it to the range.

Excuse the crappy pictures, that digital camera literally cost me 26 dollars quite some time ago.

I have to give my thumbs up to Paul at Canada ammo. I also ordered the 1911+ammo deal plus the M305 Shorty. Have to thank Paul for the creative packaging (let's say that the delivery guy thinks like fish now). Very happy, would gladly
give Canada ammo my business in the future.

I received the one I ordered. Mine also came in a "Oceans Pink Salmon" box with the 1911 in its hard case nicely inside.

I took mine to the range yesterday (and forgot my camera :()
The magazine was quite stiff to load and the last shell in the magazine was failing to load for the first 3 magazines. After that however it loosened up and preformed flawlessly. Brought it home for the second cleaning and it's ready to go again. Thanks CanAm!

lmao, I was too excited opening the box to see what it came in, I just had a look. I suspect that they are emptying out the free box section in the front of lawblaws or no frills as mine came in a pink salmon box as well.
