Ah screw it - I ordered one. It's the cheapest way to see if I like 1911's. I can always sell it and get something different if I don't. I can always sell it and get something better if I do. And it can't possibly have a trigger or sights that are crappier than my Tokarev, and I shoot that ok. (or I would if I could find a bloody firing pin for it)

You have to remember they process manually, so just because you got an order in doesn't mean you will get one

You would expect that the point-of-sale software they're using would give them the ability to set their in-stock inventory and auto-display the "sold out" graphic once they are sold out.

Otherwise it would be a real disaster.


** I just got off the phone with them and was advised that they still have stock. I was also advised that their web-site is setup to display real-time stock levels /inventory. Order while you can.
