To order, no. To have the transfer completed, your CFO may demand to know your intended purpose of ownership. If you say target practice, then you are generally required to have a valid pistol club membership, and thus, you'll also have an ATT.

But anything being delivered doesn't require an ATT if you are there to receive it. (different from the transfer requiring membership / LTATT)

right but canam can't ship out until the transfer is completed right?
 
U can't get an att without a gun, rpal to order. The CFC issues the att during the transfer. Plus u will need to apply for a ltatt. Its a good deal. Order now and sort out the paper word later
 
Twice in 3 weeks I logged on this forum site and spend money I don't have,,,,F@ck!!! Over a grand on EE and now this. I just told everyone last Saturday I wouldn't buy another gun for a while, and they all laugh at me. I'm running out of space in the gun room, maybe I'll start using the kitchen cabinets for gun storage, cause they're starting to look empty.

I'll shut up and eat my primers.
 
I only found out at 6pm ab time. I ordered two and received an order confirmation number. But does this garintee I will get them because I can only imagine how many orders were in the cue by closing time. AND the order likely wont be processed until the morning....

No there is no guarantee.

And I wouldn't expect your order to be processed that quickly either.

When i called yesterday to revise my order the guy i spoke to said they had "lots", not sure if that meant 100's or 1000's but if it still says in stock on website you will get one if you ordered one:)
