Nice to see!

Ordered mine on 24 April. I'm waiting patiently:)

I would like to think that were all waiting for our respective CFO's which in turn will [FONT=Segoe UI, Corbel, helvetica, verdana, arial]need a little patience, Yeah!

I see they're still showing "In Stock" as of 5/6/2013 @ 8 PM.

My Gawd - how MANY do they HAVE???

I only want one... or maybe two.

PLEASE don't make me order a THIRD package!!!

I have only two hands! LOL!

Problem solved.

OhFerPete's SAKE!

I've seen two 1911s glued together before! LOL!! (Although your picture is not what I refer to)

Why not clag THREE together!! Yeah! Four might be the limit unless one has really long fingers

and a stout wrist. Not to mention a strong forearm - the hypothetical 4-in-1 1911 would be a BEAR

to hold out at arm's length! LOL!

Looks like they've got at least a 1,000 more - assuming the live website lets you add to the cart what is in stock... I threw in the towel when my shopping cart total was at $499,999. !!!!!

- me thinks this thread will carry on for a bit yet -

Ordered on the 22nd, today - Order Status Updated

We have initiated a transfer to you through the CFC and are awaiting approval before shipping the product to you.

Anybody else get that far yet?

I was told I would get an email once transfer has started. They charged my CC last week but still no reference number from CanAm. BC CFO mind you.

It seems to be a 4 step process....

order received ,
order updated with 'Processed - Charged and payment completed'
now you say an email with 'initiated a transfer to you through the CFC'
and I assume , order shipped.

I've gone through the first two steps .... eager to get that 3rd step email!

I'm also havin a hard time with how long these guys take. My money has been gone for a week now with no emails or anything. I understand the CFO can take a while, but my last restricted took 1 day for the transfer.

i bet you're one of the guys who gets annoyed at a busy restaurant for taking too long when they get into the sudden surge of the dinner rush.

I'm actually enjoying every step of this process.

Anticipation, "they" say, is 99% of the enjoyment.

When I eventually do receive my 1911s, I will embark on yet

another enjoyable phase - slightly modifying them to meet my

personal preferences, and eventually shooting them, perhaps

in competition. Since I retired a year or so ago, I've wanted

to get back into the shooting sports.

I called the day after the post thinking they were already sold out, I was greeted by a laugh and told they have hundreds in stock but this is the last run so don't miss out.

I hope they drag their ass shipping to me...

I haven't told the wife I bought another gun!
