I just received and finished unpacking my shipment (2 packages) and realized that the 2 ammo can locks that I ordered (and appear on the shipping paper enclosed) were not included in either package. I've looked in the ammo crate as well as in both ammo cans. If you can look into this it would be very much appreciated. My order number is: #3957782

So do I need to call CFO for initiation or not?My credit card got charged on May 30. Do I have to call the CFO to complete the initiation of the transfer ? Never done retail transfers before.
