norinco 1911 spare mags and grips

Hi everyone, just a quick question. Does anyone know where in Canada you can get extra magazines and custom grip panels for a norinco 1911? Thanks!

I picked up a mixed bag of Norinco, Colt, and a couple I can't remember right now, mags off the EE and they all work fine in my Norinco .45.

Soooo......try the EE first and then go to Marstar.

Grips??...no idea.

I love the Norinco 1911. I hate the Norinco 1911 mags. Mine went into the garbage after one trip to the range.

Get any other quality brand of mag: Wilson, Kimber, Colt, Shooting Star.

I am even willing to bet that anyone who dislikes their Norinco 1911 after shooting it is because they tried the factory mags instead of good magazines.

As mentioned, try the EE first if not Cabelas and Wholesale Sports plus many of the sponsoring organizations sell good magazines.

By the way, those grips DarkSyd recommended are awesome. I might have to get a set of the roped ivory.

Add MecGar to the list of quality 1911 mags. I'm happy with mine in both the 9mm and .45 1911s
