Hey Every one,

Just taking a peek at what marstar has to offer, and now canadaammo offers it too same price.

I was curious I don't plan to really modify the 1911 a whole lot, But one thing I would really like a a hi cap mag, 10 rounder.

I know they exist, just curious if they fit the norinco two tone?
Its a single stack 45 ACP.......Bunch of them online just wanting to make sure before I purchase it.

Still legal too up to 10 rounds, I believe

thanks guys!

There are aftermarket single stack 10 round 1911 mags out there. They will hang out the bottom of the gun a couple inches. Nork does make a double stack 1911 if that floats your boat.

CanadaAmmo offer free shipping for most items, just FYI.

I just bought 10 rounds mag and it fits new Norc 1911 nicely. Makes me look like an ISPC shooter :)

I will put on some pics later.

I went to Buffalo Gun Center (US) and brought Rosewood Grips + Power 10 mag. My 1911 shoots very well, so I did further investement. :)

The Nork is a mil-spec so it will take any 1911 mag.

Them CMC Power 10 mags pictured work great. Cheaper than the other brands, too. Thankfully we here in Canada don't need to put our mags if they ask to put our gun in the IPSC box.

I think Mecgar makes a 10rd magazine, too. Seen it on Marstar's site one day.

NICE stuff michael.......CMC is the good stuff.
I plan to make my own wood grips though, some thing light in color, but hard wood.......Other then the 10 rounder I dont think I will do much to it.

Guess I can start to look for CMC 10 rounders some where!
Thanks for the info guys, Now I can comfortably buy the two tone knowing it will work with the 10 rounder.

Not at all......some thing to cut the grips with to rough dimensions. In my case I am using a milling machine, but you can easily use a band saw or jig saw. Then contour the piece, the edges / sides and what not, thats the hard part to keep both uniform.

After that test fit them, sand to a grit you like to feel 600 or so. light stain of choice and seal it with tung oil of sorts.
