Well, mine did, sorta....

Shot it in the rain a couple of times (Imagine that, living in Vancouver?), and the amount of RUST that accumulated on the firing pin, tunnel, and spring could easily have ended up being a kind of prevention to ignition, had I not just decided to do a tear down one day.

Your mileage may vary...

no they dont and you dont need one anyway . the first thing i did with my series 80 is gut the firing pin saftey .
