Folks....Just curious,what aftermarket/Colt parts will fit this pistol?Are they generally the same as the 1911..??

Yes - they will fit - most aftermarket 1911 parts are oversized and require some sort of fitting.

It's easier to tell what won't work - the grip screw bushings. That's it. The grip screw bushings for some reason are different, the screws are the same, just the bushings they screw into are different. Other than that they are GI equivalent.
