They are not currently being imported. Watch for a used one; find one you like for between $350 and $450, and buy it. Great pistols; I keep thinking "do I really need a .45? Then I take it to the range, and the answer always is the same... Yes, I do. Mine is a bit less common, it came from the factory with satin chrome finish and adjustable target sights. I recently picked up some rosewood grips, and it is one very pretty pistol. Reliable, and accurate. I also owned a Nork 9mm 1911 for a short while, but could not get excited by it. My Nork NZ85 is a much better 9mm pistol.
I bought my Norinco because I wanted to own a 1911 and there was not a lot of cash outlay. It would be hard to part with. I shoot better with a revolver but the Norc is a lot more fun.
I have two , they surprised me with how accurate and reliable they are . The factory mags aren't the best , but for the money , I'm not complaining . One of them , a later production model , shoots as well , with ammo it likes , as my Colt A1 .
