Hey I just received my shipment from you guys. However I am a bit concerned/upset with what I was sent. On your website it shows the norinco ammo coming in a crate of yellow boxes neatly stacked, where as mine came paper wrapped in sets of 20 i believe. Also the head stamps aren't marked properly, with no real markings.... Just being cautious as this is my first time purchasing said ammo and want to make sure it is in fact .223/5.56.

Thanks

Same stuff. In the description is says it comes in two spam cans in packs of 40. Norc 223/556 is just marked with the year and factory.

You got the two spam cans? If so, it's the same non-corrosive ammo but BETTER stored IMHO... Open one, shoot the ammo, buy MORE!

Cheers
Jay

ok thanks for that. Just checking before i go shooting and something bad happens... haha. Not worried now. Just havent seen ammo yet without a head stamp properly shown, although Im still fairly new to the shooting scene =P

Thanks again!

This is pretty common with any of the surplus ammo ive got. Usually just has the manufacture date (ex 93 for 1993) on the base.
The norinco ammo is good stuff

You are so lucky to get spam cans! Last ammo I got was just boxes stacked in a crate with plastic, smelled of mold.....let them dry out a bit then closed up the crate. Spam cans rule. Norc ammo is good!

No complaints from Noc .223/5.56 or there 7.62x39 surplus ammo. The spam cans are awesome for preserving the ammo from moisture. Some of my ammo is over 40 years old and looks / shoots great

Only problem with norc ammo ever was yesterday opening two spam cans I tore open my thumb LOL. My wife laughed at me saying it was like watching a kid unwrapping gifts.

Have any of you guys reloaded the norc brass?

I'm curious and have to reload or buy some factory brass,

thanks!

Should be marked with something like "C J 93" ?

ya was something along those lines. seems i got lucky with this stuff from the comments here haha. Just wish it came in boxes rather than brown paper but either way its cheap and good. cant wait to give it a shot! wooo!
