you know what man, if they have one man working in the back, and hes gone, and something like this happens, the proper thing to do is to email the people who have paid over 500 for a crate of ammo and explain the situation to them, thats all i wanted, i assumed this went out on the 15th when the info on their website under my account changed, clearly i missunderstood what it meant when there was an update today saying its being processed my suspicions were confirmed thechemist, and no one gave enough of a damn on their end to email the customers and explain the dalay of the situation. regardless of the excuses this wasnt handled properly on their end and id just like my money back. thanks
