Norinco 308 Ammo at Canadian Tire

Bumping around the province (AB) in the fall, I noticed that a number of the CT stores had Norinco rifles that a lot of the standard dealers around here have been having trouble getting - I picked up a JW15a backpacker in Cold Lake, and those have been unobtanium online for many moons.

I'm starting to wonder if they have a distribution channel not available to a lot of the other vendors, and if they're going to start putting the "big box squeeze" on some of the smaller outfits. Especially when it comes to Norinco, because they bring in so much stuff from China anyway to fill their shelves, tyhey probably have access to stronger distribution channels from China in general.

Or maybe their supply chain is ponderous enough that the stores only start getting stock in items after other retailers have already sold out of them.

Yeah, Can Tire is supplied by North Sylva...

Canadian tire in Whitecourt also has M305's havent seen any Norinco 308 surplus here though.
Thankfully i can build bullets much cheaper than 50 cents a shot.

BTW, there's also some stock at Bulls Eye in London. They have almost 15 cases and sell them by half or full case.
I bought some there and unfortunately had to pay for shipping. Same price by case as CT.
