Hi All,
I've recently been experiencing some light primer strikes with my HK45 using this ammo. I never had a failure of any sort with this gun until last week. Probably around 30 light strikes/100 in S/A but probably half went bang when trying again in D/A. At first I thought it might be the frog lube gumming up the internals, so after 2 thorough cleanings with hoppes and CLP I tried again last night. I was still getting maybe 1 or 2 per mag. I brought along a box of Winchester .45ACP Value Pack and didn't have any issues with this ammo. My HK has maybe 6-800 rounds through it so it should be "broken in" and probably half of those were norinco .45 with no failures previously.
Bad batch? or is Norinco known for having hard primers? issue with my gun?
Any insight is much appreciated.

, in order to get all the lube {or excessive lube} out, you have to strip it down really. An aerosol solvent would probably do the trick as well, but that kind of approach equates to treating your pistol like punching someone you love in the face
