Be real cool if it had smaller Mags. Those banana mags look a bit silly. I'm thinkin xcr mag or some other 5/10 rnder that would allow for use in aftermarket stocks.

This ^. But I love the fact they are 7.62x39. It really needs a box type mag though. If these could be modded for the magwell adapters and xcr mags I'd cream myself.

What size is the action? Is it a scaled down version of the m14?

1 : 1 size of am M305. just the bolt, barrel and magwell have changed. all else is the same.

Yes. It is true. A 223 version exists.
