I may regret this, but I just ordered a norinco 780 pump action with 14" barrel from SFRC for $99 plus shipping. Loss of sleep plus Internet connection on iPad equals impulse buy. I've seen lots of bad reviews am I'm not expecting more then $99 worth of gun, but I at least want it to be somewhat reliable. Some also claim stocks for a 870 Remington fit, which should make it easy to find a pistol grip if my occasional inner video gamer sneaks out. Any feedback from somebody that has one?

Meh it's 100 bucks. I've owned a few and easy come easy go. Still have one with a side saddle. You can't even buy an old single break action 12 gauge for less then that

well...i was sort of in the same boat, figured i have spent 100$ on much dumber purchases...so i ordered 2 of them! one is actually for a buddy of mine who thought it was an amusing idea also. they showed up, he grabbed on box i grabbed the other. his seems to function fine, its not the smoothest action by any means. we haven't put any live rounds thru it yet, weather in manitoba sucks right now, but with snap caps it seems to do alright.
mine needs some work...i've been tinkering with it on and off for a few weeks. the rails don't seem to run smoothly and the action doesn't lock into place when a shell is chambered. definitely needs some adjusting. would i ever call them a reliable shooter, i'm not sure about that.
i am going to clean up the rails on both of them and adjust the lever that locks the chamber closed when its in the forward position and see how they look after that.
