thats not norinco its the people importing them and the shops who sell them

Internally no. Internationally if they want US business they have to, so the whole Chinese don't care about patents is loaded mostly because if they really didn't care about patents they couldn't legally sell any product to the US, Canada, or anywhere that DOES have patents.

Norinco firearms cannot be imported into the US so I imagine its not something that concerns them.
