Norinco ammo specs?

I'd guess both. NATO spec is more about penetration etc. SAAMI is more about dimensions for commercial firearm makers etc. China doesn't care about NATO spec, but would care about SAAMI. They're not making military ammo for sale to NATO countries.
 
I'm just trying to find out because my new Tavor says you can use 5.56 as long as it meets NATO or SAAMI specs, anything else will void the warranty.
