Norinco AR15 Handguard Help

I'm trying to install the Magpul MOE Carbine Handguard on my Norinco AR15 and I'm having some issues. I cant get the delta ring to securely go back into place, its almost like the handguard end is to big for the delta ring. Anyone else have this issue?

Its called dremmel u use it to grind down some extra plastic until it fits, ive done it before and it worked
