Norinco CQ-311

So I have a question. Im picking up a Norinco CQ-311 from a local guy in town here, functions fine, low round count, but... the paint on the upper and lower reciever looks like s**t. So what i would like too know is how would i go about painting the upper and lower without having to get it profesionaly done? I want the reciever to have more of a matt black finish so i need a list of what too buy and how too do it. Thanks.

check out fabarms http://www.fabsports.ca/mainang.html you can use duracoat to paint the gun, and they turn out quite nice! tons of selection on color too.
