Norinco CQ 5.56

I have some questions for you:

How much?
Where you have find it?
Do it requires a restricted classification?

Thanks!

Curious about the upper. How is the receiver marked? Keyhole or what markings are on the upper receiver? FSB F marked? Bbl markings, twist, cal, manufacturer?

LOL, not a lot of markings. I believe it's a 1 in 9, 5.56 chamber, chrome lined. I think it was Arms East who said that the barrels were hammer forged. Very few markings on the uppers, other than a serial number (not the rifles sn) under the forward assist (this leads me to believe the upper is from the export military production that they do). There was a post some time ago which compared the Norc to North American AR's - it was surprising to see how well it did, and which manufacturer it was closest to. Incidently, the barrel profile is a true M4 profile (narrows under the handguards). The FSB is (or appears to be) taper pinned, and the bcg are F/A and the gas key is properly staked. From the handling perspective the weight and balance should be the same as an issue M4.

Ok I'm totally convinced that they are stand-up rifles,,not that I needed much convincing. But I thank you all for your comments,,,this has definitely helped me to convince the wife to let me spend more money on more guns!!!!.
Will post pics when I get it.
Cheers

STOP!

Don't buy one!

Buy TWO of them!

Many of them turn up at our CQC (close quarter competition) matches at Langemark Range on Base Borden. The only Noveske product I've seen turn up all summer/fall season was my Noveske ball cap from SOCOM Supplies (one of our CGN sponsors) LOL :D

Hey, for that price? Who gives a poop?

Barney

So these rifles are up to standards of an CF member competing in a competition? Now I'm real exited.
