brutal, there is no fix for that?

After unloading the rifle, the action would be fired. There is no point of putting it on safe.

If your way of telling whether the rifle is unloaded is pulling the trigger, then there is no point of having a safety irregardless.

If you depend on the safety to tell you the state of the weapon, it will be pointless to have safety on an unloaded weapon. Should not be using the safety to tell the state of the rifle in the first place.

If you need to have safety on when you ready the rifle, perhap the finger should be off the trigger in the first place. Safety is not going to stop the floating firing pin from going forwards, and the mass of the firing in the AR15 is designed not to ignite a primer( as calculated by Colt's engineers)

Please try to remember to open the action and #### the hammer before you open the upper and lower. Closing the upper and lower with the hammer forward is a bad practice and could lead to damage! The photograph you have shown with the hammer forward and the upper and lower apart shows me that you did not clear the rifle before playing with it.

the only painted parts on my M4 were the carry handle and the ejection port dust cover...the upper and lower receiver are standard black anodizing as seen in the pics...once they are degreased and oiled the finish is entirely acceptable to me.
