Norinco CQ-a Fake Suppressor

I want to put a fake suppressor on mine when I get it but I have been informed that the barrel thread pattern is metric and the spike's tactical fake cans are not compatible. What are my other options for fake cans available in Canada?

The CQa is imperial / US thread. 1/2 x 28 tpi. The earlier 311s were metric.
