Norinco CQ-A furniture

I don't know of anywhere in Canada that would have brought in parts for the Norcs - usually they are imported in large quantities and sold off intact. However, almost everyone with an AR swaps furniture at some point, so you'll almost certainly find something if you post a WTB on EE. It's honestly the first place I would look for Norc bits.
