Norinco CQ-A number of grooves???

I'm curious, why do you care? They are inexpensive and shoot well. What is important is the twist rate and that is 1 in 9". I may be mistaken, but the Dominion Arms DA 556 (Canada Ammo version of the CQ-A) has 1 in 7".
