Norinco cq556 vs 'merican AR's upper rail question.

Yeah, Norinco product looks like s**t finish-wise, but it's usually "nothing wrong with the bloody thing!!!" mechanically. I've never bought/owned MI, but what I've read from purchasers hasn't been great.

Interesting i wonder if the guy i got em from will take them back?

Measure the rail before you order anything else though and make sure it's right... you never know...

If you do order a Magpul MBUS don't over-tighten it.

Where abouts on the rock are you, I've got a couple of things that could be tried, actually something as simple as a rail cover would let you know if the rail is smaller than spec.

Easiest way would be to measure the rail against the specifications, do you have the rail spec for a 1913 rail?
