I don't know if anyone needs to know this but the Norinco double stack 1911 is compatible with the Para Ordinance P14 magazine 1:1. Just drop it in.
Slightly slightly different OAL limit for projectiles between the two and a hair of mag spring tension but that's it.

Posting for posterity and general information (hard to find factory magazines).

Thank you thank you thank youuuuu

I love my double stack norinco and thought I had to get by modifying bersa pro 9 and beretta 92 mags glad to know there’s a drop in option

Yes any P-14 style mag will work with the newly imported double stacks. That includes the double stack R1 mags. The older ones use Bersa mags which I have been told are almost impossible to find.

I solved the mag issue by buying a few NP-44. I also snagged some 10/20 mags that work very well, not that any mags I have don't run 100%... One thing I would like to do is upgrade the baseplates of the factory mags, they don't seem very robust at all.

He is talking about the NP-44... P-14 mags are .45ACP only.

Bersa mags have to be modified as I found out recently, any other para parts fit the Norc? I’d love to get a different trigger mag release and flared mag well

I have two double stack Norinco .45s. Their magazines are not interchangeable. As I recall, the angle of the top of the mag where the rounds are moved to single stack, is different.

Meg Gar and Para Ordnance made a lot of P14
45 magazine's because that was the main sales gun
9mm would be very hard to find

Armscor make a 9mm double stack 1911
Possibly they did a copy of the norinco/paraordance
P18
Meg Gar makes the magazine's for many pistol
manufacturers
