Norinco Flash Hider

I was looking to switch out the existing Flash Hider on my Norinco m4 with a Yankee Hill Flash Suppressor.

Description
Yankee Hill Phantom Comp/Flash Suppressor.
This 5 port design has no downward facing port which helps eliminate dust problems when shooting in the prone position.

But I'm not sure I can install as Norincos are metric......

How would I go about installing it?
Would it be a big job?

If it's one of the new Norinco M4's and not the old CQ311 model, the threading is all 'imperial/inch'. The YHM will install fine.
