Norinco Government: Same Dimensions as Commander?

I'm looking for full size grips for my Norinco Government. Most grips are listed for the commander. Are they interchangeable? If so, what parts wouldn't be?

The grips for a government model are the same as grips for a commander.

Some incompatible parts, off the top of my head, would be barrel, barrel bushing, and recoil spring. Everything in the frame is the same between the two models as far as I know. Also, all of the parts in the slide to the rear of the breechface are interchangeable as well(again, as far as I know).
