NORINCO How Do I check that the bolt is ok ?

Im looking at picking up a NORINCO M14- SOCOM SEMI AUTO 308 WIN 18.6"

They are awesome rifles. I just don't want my bolt to blow up in my face. I looked for the thread and pictures on how to check and what to look for... Apparently I am blind.

Any help appreciated.

Post a pic of the underside of your bolt...

If it is a MIM bolt, there will be small circular injection points on both sides along the underside of the bolt...

It has to do with circles and bolt color, there are pics in some thread. Of course you have to possess the bolt first, understandably.
