Hard to argue with a $275 rifle, in a calibre that's comparable to the .30-30... it's even got integral mounts!

My only worries are: 1) how much does it weigh? This chambering makes sense in a 6 lb rifle, but not a 7+ lb one. 2) how accurate is it? I'm not looking for sub-MOA, but if it's comparable to (say) a Norinco SKS then I'm just not interested.

Anybody own one? Would you buy another one?
 
Lever used to sell them for $235.00 a couple years ago. I thought it might be ok for a fun truck gun but after handling it I decided to pass. My thoughts at the time were that it was a cheap piece of crap, I ended up with a 30-30 winchester instead.

+1 yep. Extremely poorly built. Feels horrible. Crappy cheap poorly fitted stock, and the action feels like it's got sand in it. Pass.
