I owned one and promptly sold it. I'm no gun snob, but it's a cheap gun for a reason - it's cheaply built, and each time I shot it I came away reminding myself, "but I only paid $300".
Accuracy was ok, but there was nothing about it that I admired. I could have lived with the cheap stock and its very poor inletting (and might have even bedded it), but the fragile trigger and rattly bolt were what put it in the EE.
I haven't heard a single person rave over it, the usual comment is "not bad for what you pay". Aside from an SKS, whose quality far exceeds the JW-103, I'd go with a Baikal single shot at $199 from Epps (which I have) as it's a far more rugged gun and mine is quite accurate.
