I am hearing mixed things about them, yet some people seem to have good results. Just looking for people who own them and what their experiences are, and a little more info about them?

thanks guys.

Dan.

I had one for awhile. No problems with it, always went bang. Accuracy was acceptable to some folks, not to others. Trigger wasn't great but certainly not horrible. A perfect example of you-get-what-you-pay-for. Sold mine without regret, wouldn't buy another.

yah i would only want one of the 103 models in 7.62 flavour. for the price mise well just get a savage axis in 223, probably the same price for a nicer gun.

Got one last week from a local retailer. The quality may vary from rifle to rifle, as the 'floor model' I fiddled with was a bit tighter than the one I got. Mine had a fairly gritty action out of the box but the first visit to the range was quite surprising - the thing is a tack driver with open sights.

Loves American Eagle in the black box with consistantly tight 3-shot groups. Hates MFS 55gr fmj, but still knocks the 10"x18" 200yd gong around with more than acceptable consistancy. The yellow box Norinco is right in the middle of those two.

I deburred everything I could find an edge on and it's real slick now with slightly better accuracy. I think deburring is the ticket to these guns jumping a class or two in their overall performance.

Trigger is fully adjustable and real easy to set up.

Cheap to shoot and lots of open-sight fun with this one. I'd buy another one before looking at any other .223 under $500 as long as I could handle it a bit first.
