Got her out to the range for the first time today. The trigger feels like it's about 4 lbs or so. Just a touch heavier than my Savage Mk II FV-SR was but with a bit less creep. Fed her 200 rounds without any hiccups whatsoever. 50 rounds each of Federal 525 bulk, CCI Mini Mags, CCI Standard Velocity and Fiocchi Standard Velocity. The high velocity stuff was all over the paper, shooting patterns rather than groups. It liked the standard velocity stuff much better. CCI was good but the Fiocchi grouped the best. The cheap Barska 3-9x32 sighted in very quickly. The two attached images are 10 shot groups at 50 yards off a rest with the Fiocchi. This thing shoots better than my FV-SR did and even better than my $1000 10/22 build ever did (though that may have been the shooter's fault). All for $266 taxes and shipping included, and that's including the scope! I am one happy camper right now. Now time to find me some CZ 452/455 magazines.

Nowhere near as nice as a CZ. Definitely rough around the edges. But for the price, I'm not complaining.

I won't have time to go to the range this week and then am on vacation for 2 weeks. I will try it out towards the end of the month or early June and report back.

Lol, they seems hit or miss. For the price for sure a good deal. I think I'll save my pennies for a CZ. Great shooting either way and those gohpers won't know what hit them! Haha

I did get a CZ452 Varmint. Its WAY more accurate than the JW25. Like one hole if I do my part.

I just shot mine today with a 3-12x40mm scope using CCI Stinger ammo @ 100 yds. It was shooting minute of barn door, or about a 4" pattern. Maybe the sub sonic ammo would be better.

Would be interested to see what can be done at 100M..with CCI Standard

stingers are never that accurate really, in anything I have shot it in, including my 25a

Mine can hit a golf ball out to 30 yards with stingers. That's good enough for what I use them for. Most rifles do prefer the slower ammo though.
