Norinco jw15a compact + scope?

Hey just lookin for some info from anyone who owns these rifles. Do they have 3/8" dovetail grooves or are they drilled and tapped for scope mounts? Most likely picking one up this weekend and would like to get a rail and scope to make the package. Any help is appreciated.
