Norinco LowProfile Gasblock or dermal?

Oh no! another Norinco CQ post about gasblocks, But wait! its not about removing them. I just got my new Magpul MOE carbine length hand guard and as every one else just discovered that *surprise!* it does not fit.

So i am looking at my options right now, and after searching all over the forums I cannot find if there are any other parts i need to buy besides just the front gaslock. I would eventually really like to put on a gaslock popup site and rear pop up site but i don't want to spend a ton of cash, does any one know one that is good bang for your buck. It would be awesome if it had the bayonet lug on it but not totally needed. Failing that, i guess the dremal comes out and ill make this fit some how. I also think my front site post seems to be out of alignment to the left about 2-3 degrees

This is my first AR, so its all new to me so any thoughts?

use the search you'll find out the handguards fit with a little ''help'' as for the sight shoot the gun to see if its a problem. my norc is going to get the front sight/gas block chop pretty soon.
