Norinco m 93? What's it worth?

I know of 1 of these for sale, it is in the original box and appears to be an older model and comes with 2 mags.I'd say condition is fair. He wants $200. Is it worth $200?.... Thanks....Brian
 
In my opinion, no. Those usually go for less than that brand new. I Personally, I'd keep my eye open for a used Ruger Mk.1, mk.2 or ,Mk.3. Much better gun and wont cost you much more than what that guy is asking for a used nork.

it seems the new one are hard to find. .
 
For not much more than 200 you can hold out for a much better gun. Check the EE often and you'll see. Paying 200 for a used Nork M93 in fair condition is a rip off.
 
Los of people on here will tell you that they have had good experiences with them, and I don't doubt that, but I personally couldn't see paying more for a fair condition used Nork than it was brand new. I held out for a used Ruger Mk.2 stainless target for my first .22lr pistol. near new shape, in hard case with 2 mags for 300 bucks to my door. Buy once, cry once.
 
I think this noricob was made in 1973, I don't know the rnd count, but it's been well used. I have another offer for a browning buck mark ? It looks identical. $100 bucks for the browning. It's old and well used also. I passed on the norc.
 
I bought mine for 149.00 new. I would not buy a used one for more than 100.00. Any more than that, you're getting ripped off. These are not collector guns.
 
1 bill for the browning sounds decent. They are good guns. I had one for 8 years, and it ate everything I fed it. Was not picky at all, and was very accurate when I used decent ammo.

were going to get the browning and 2 old .22 rifles , cooie ?, and a savage. He also has 3 38 specials,and a .32 , but they're all prohib.

Mine (that was bought from one of the dealers here) decided to separate into 7-10 small pieces after less than 300 rounds of standard 22lr. In my hand. On the range. Good thing about it was that I had the chance to look inside the pistol. Substandard firearm. You are better off with Browning, even the older one.

Seriously?

I got my first one from Dark some 8 years ago and it runs like a champ. It's my wife's favorite due it's size and weight (she shoots weak handed due eye dominance). Have acquired 3 now so we always have a backup for her.

A solid reliable gem of a pistol in my opinion and I have a Buckmark hunter for comparison.

Not that I was really surprised, as this was my third and last try into anything Norinco. My previous two Chinese firearms were mediocre to say at best.
Pistol was returned to the vendor and replaced with the new one...which was immediately sold.



...and yes, she liked it too.

 
WOW. What broke to cause that to happen?

To date I have owned M93, NP28, NP19, NP22, NP29, 1911C, CQ311, M305 and never had a problem with any of them.

Must be luck of the draw?
