Norinco M14s at canadian tire

Norinco manufactures pretty much everything, from clothing to tools, and they pretty much counterfeit everything they can, from electronics to firearms. Most of the stuff at CT (and Wal-Mart, for that matter) is an outlet for these counterfeit products. Ultimately, buying there, we are helping to support the great Chicom war machine and their commie regime. Nevertheless, I do own Norinco M305 and I regret I didn't order couple more of them form Marstar while they were still in stock. I hope they counterfeit M1 Garand. That would be a treat. Where can I buy M1 in Canada?

So do they have all of the stuff the ones back here in the east used to have? Specifically, I remember them carrying Winchester 70's (the Ranger model I think). I tried to get a local online flier or catalog from an Alberta store and got nowhere. Man, I think I know what I'm going to do with all that CT$ I've been saving for 20 years!

suspect187 i find your picture under your post poinant but offensive please remove it. thank you, PRO PATRIA.

Apparently, the owner of the Southland CT, on MacLeod tr. in Calgary, is a gun collector. So there's a fairly well stocked firearms section, used and everything.

x2 same here in Quebec. No guns, and they barely stock ammo.

Not every place is the same, even in Quebec. Around here, the Aylmer store sells ammo, but no guns. The Hull, Gatineau and Maniwaki stores still sell firearms in a limited selection.

I remember drooling while I looked at the firearms section in the CT catalogue whe I was youger. Sucks that they don't have that anymore, but I guess it's better for the local hunting stores that way. Sucks if you don't have one though!:p

They re-order once a year around here. And heaven-forbid it'd be a leftie, even though the store manager told me himself those never stay on the shelf for more than a week when they do get them from time to time...

I just got their LAST one...

They say they're getting more in around May. Anyone know what this is about?

I've been going into the Canadian tire on Macloud to look at guns scince I was a little kid. I was worried when they renovated that they would take them out of there, and was pleasently surprised that they didn't. Used to have a bigger section though. I hope they never decide to get rid of it.

If you're talking about the one at southland and macleod, the main guy in the firearm section told me he does the ordering of firearms and didn't get them from marstar. He wouldn't specify where. Don't know if he was pulling my leg or not.

Yeah the one at Macleod... I talked to him this morning, he said around May. Seemed pretty confident they were coming in (I was going to get two...)

Not sure if its true or not but I remember someone mentioned before the Nork M14 will be available with synthetic stock in the future.

I know John (Marstar) stated many times there will be no more M14 importing so the synthetic stock M14 may be just a rumour!!??!

May be someone has a positive answer for that question.
