Hello, i hate to say it but out of the box i am having troubles with my 99 dollar pistol, i bought some wincester 115 9mm lugers and the gun would jam everytime, the bullet would not feed into the camber, i talked to a guy at epps and he said to try to stretch the spring out and that might work, has anyone else encountered this before , please help me , thanks

There is a lot of posts about this problem. Check the feed ramp a well as the chamber for any burrs. Mine was the same way at the start. I polished the feed ramp and slightly opened the chamber entrance and polished. Mine has not had one problem since I did this...over 800 rounds.

alright , thank you i will give that a try , any other advice is still welcome so that i have many solutions to any problems that might arise, thank you

1000 grit sand paper works great, wrap a small pice around a pen or something round and go at it untill its shiny.

Take off the slide and check the rib that is on the firing pin housing up near the forward end of the firing pin. One of mine had a really bad burr right at the end. This little rib is set in place on a dovetail slide and uses a staked in pin to hold it in place. On mind the burr was so large it would catch the rim and tilt the new round up too soon while the old casing is on it's way out. I removed mine with a small jeweller's file and then lightly polished it with some 1000 grit autobody painting sandpaper.

Haven't tested it yet but it cycles my 9mm snap caps now with ease even fairly slowly where before I had to do it super fast and it was cutting gouges out of the rims.

Oh, and my other one, which has shot just perfectly from day one, did not have this nasty burr.

Try some heavier ammo, you might be short stroking. If that works, shoot a few hundred to wear it in then try the light ammo again.

i could see a were i think it was catching in the "entrence ramp" so to speak , i took the gun apart and used some 120 all purpose sand paper and smoothed the entrence to the barrel and also the feed that starts in the grip, this is were was i beleive it was getting caught , i dont have 9mm snap caps but i will try it out on wed and tell you guys how it went, thanks
