The follower is about 2mm too wide to fit in a regular envelope for Cda Post's purposes, so you can see where this is going. I sold 5 followers to a fellow CGN for $10 or so, but Cda Post wanted $15+ to mail it, in a padded mailer. I had to gently position them into a regular envelope, put it in the mailbox, and pray some Cda Post back office puke wasn't going to measure with his micrometer.

You should be able to source 5/20 mags for about $25 each. I think it was Corwin Arms had a good deal on new European M14 mags in a 4 pack. I take two 5/5 and magwedge them to create a 10 rounder, but of course, each now costs about $55M14 mags w MagWedge.jpg

Checkmate 5rd mags are $43 EA from wolverine and are good mags.

The Chinese mags currently out there all have drawbacks. The durham-type are good, hold 5.5, bit have nasty welded floorplate.

The marstar mags and the like are riveted to 5 and can't be inserted on a closed bolt.

I haven't used the magwedge, kci or Corwin mags yet. I hear the kci are soft junk though.
