Norinco M305 Ammo?

Hi guys, sorry for the noob questions about the ammo for the Norinco M305 . Which factory load (.308 win) ammunition is good to use with it and what is the highest and lowest Grain I can use?

From all that I have read and learned from those in the know, do not go beyond 150g when buying factory ammo.
 
I've heard that the extra force generated when shoving the heavier slug down the barrel beats up on the gun's system. ...as well as to not exceed 175 if you have to.

there's only about 4k threads on this- type in m14 match loads and see what comes up- but 150's will do for otc stuff, 165-168's perform best, and 175 is the "beater" load- you CAN run the odd box of 180, . but it's best to turn the gas system off when you do - as to why, it stresses the op rod and a bunch of other stuff- same deal as you don't run any heavier than 173's in a garand-
