I have already bought one and yes I am hapopy with it, however I purchased a free float quad rail and I'm having no luck with the front sight pins removal, I'm sure you know what I'm talking about.
Can you guys help me out with this and if so , cost??.
I'm guessing you have better tools and setup than me and a larger hammer to wack these suckers out.

Thanks
Jeff

I think M39a2 put it best...

"1st, put the barrel in a very large tight vise,
2nd, use a steel punch that you think is the wrong one, I use a nail seating punch. It has a slightly hollowed out nose and fits the end of the pins better and won't slip off as easily.
3. hammer the poop out of it, ones it starts it will all but fly from the hole!!"

Key is to keep punch from slipping allowing hard and firm whacks!!!

do you have access to a rivet gun or air chisel?compressor?
grind down a "snap"(steel rivet snap for aircraft aluminum rivets)--can prob. get them from flea-bay.
grind to a good point or small flat tip.
practice first on rivet gun and scrap wood to learn how to let off small tapps slowly.
if that dosen't work,i don't know what will...
