Wolverine Supplies now sells their Armalite M15A4 16" carbine (with A2 stock) at 1075$... and that includes a 2-stage trigger !
So if the Norinco M4 (it does exist, since link and picture) is sold at a higher price tag... it will be difficult to sell. Actually, with the current US export restrictions, the selling points are the retractable stock, and (mostly) the 14.5" barrel.

Hmm, well I've shot a couple CQ311s and that impressed me.I've seen the cq311, the quality didn't impress me, I doubt the Norinco M4's have better quality.
