Norinco m4

I have one in the safe, but I have never sent a round out of it. Have some Magpul stuff coming from Brownells too. I will probably have it dressed up long before I ever get to shoot it.

I've owned one for a year now and it has been great. This was my first M4 rifle as well. I think the best thing about this rifle, if you want to get into the ar15/m4 club, is its a good rifle to screw around with - for lack of a better term.

I have put my first rail system, fore grip, back up sights, single point slight attachment (which envolves removal of the stock), and gas block on it. I even had to cut off the old front sight gas block because the pins were never coming out. If you do try this, remember, a 5 or 10 pound hammer and one strike. once you screw that up, you'll never get them.

long of the short. I bout cheaper parters, which look good and function well, and now i've got a rifle for around $1000 that looks great.

This is not the say all, end all, of m4/ar15's. but like the first post said, bring a group of new shooters to the range and let them shoot a norinco m4, even better, one with that looks tactical, it really sparks interest and you'll have a lot of fun. not to mention, it helps make long term shooters from first timers.
