Just bought a new Milspec Magpul butt stock but it doesn't fit, does any know if the Norinco buffer tube is Milspec or commerical size? Cheers

Or just buy a new Milspec buffer tube.

Yep, two choices.. get a milspec buffer tube, or get a commercial stock. Not sure how difficult it is to find a buffer tube right now though.

i would say just sell it and get a commercial stock, better than spending more money on a new tube when you dont need it.

I recently tried a commercial Magpul stock on my Norinco and it wouldn't fit. The Norc buffer tube works fine but the exterior was so uneven that the Magpul would not fit. I examined the Norinco and found the inside of the stock had been scoured out until it fit. Typical Norinco - works fine, looks like hell. I replaced the tube and put on the Magpul. Just a little lipstick on the pig!
