Norinco m93 grip panels

Hi everyone. I've had this pistol for a few years and I like it. What I'd like though is to dress it up a bit with some wood grip panels. I removed the screw and the left side panel comes off no problem. The right side seemed stuck on though. Why can I not find grip panels online for it or the original colt? 1911 panels are a dime a dozen. Is there something I'm missing? Is the right panel part of the action or something? Thanks
 
the right side pops out also, it covers two screws at the top. is the slide release tight against perhaps? there is a couple videos on them on youtube

Very nice. Requires a little fitting.

Got some P1/P38 grips from these guys as well that were very nice indeed.
