I've owned a Norinco M93 for around 5 years now and it's been a great shooter, I was given 2 magazines for it recently and I'm having some issues with both of them. The magazine that came with it slides into the magazine well effortlessly and the mag catch locks into place. Both of the magazine that were given to me are having issues with the magazine catch locking on to it. They both slide into the magazine well smoothly but one I have to push hard once it's inserted for the magazine catch to lock and the other won't lock at all, the floor plate hangs out just before the magazine catch, if I could push it in 1-2 milimeters it would lock. I've measures all 3 magazines and they are the same lengths, I tried with the action closed aswell as locked back and it makes no difference so I don't think it's an issue with the feed lips. The magazines were never used/tested as the guy who purchased them was planning on buying a M93 but ended up never buying one. I got the magazines for free so I definitely can't complain.
