As the title states.. Anyone know if Marstar has any M97's incoming or are they something I'm going to have to look for in the EE?

I sent an e-mail a few days ago with no response so far but I though Id ask if anyone else here knows. Maybe JohnOne might chime in.
There is one locally but I think they are asking too much for it to be honest. Its an older model with the cheap wood (from what Ive read the newer ones have better, less plastic/chu wood)

So, does anyone else sell them or am I going to have to wait and pray for Marstar to get them back in?

Thanks!

46 views and no response.. Interesting. Geeze people Zombies arent going to kill themselves here. If I don't get a response and the Zombie apocalypse comes without me having a shotgun I'll be very cross with the lot of you.

I'll ask a secondary question as well, maybe that will sweeten the pot enough for people to bite. Can you put original Winchester wood on the Norinco's? because I much prefer the look of the original to the wood that they come with.

The only one who can say if Marstar is going to get more Norinco M97's is Marstar. But I believe they have had more than one shipment in the past, so I would think more would be coming . You just have to keep monitoring the Marstar site and buy quickly when they arrive, the Norinco M14's lasted about 3 weeks and then were sold out.

Marstar is constantly out of stock. Some models have been out of stock for YEARS! I think they are a subsidary of the old Consumers Distributing stores!!!!

Its one of the reasons I made this thread.. Because I wasn't sure how long they've been out of stock for so I wanted to know if they are just there for show or if they actually get them in and I'm just missing the boat. (Like the M-14's!)

I don't know how big Marstar or Canada Ammo are but they have taken on the TASK of being an IMPORTER of guns and other Gun related stuff. So they import things they think we will buy and when they sell it they order more, the gap between when they finish selling and when the new order arrives may be weeks or months. You have to remember these importers are not supplying or importing for a country like the U.S. ,Canada is not a huge market. Although Canada is the second largest country in the world, California has more people than all of Canada. So be patient and with more U.S. companies ceasing to export to Canada, be thankful we have some companies who are willing to do the IMPORT paper work and take the risk ,so we can have some of the toys we are seeing and hope to see more of. But it is hard to wait, so just keep checking their sites and order quickly when the new stock comes in. I am waiting and watching for one of the Lever action Shotguns. I think they sold fast ,so probably more are ordered.

The factory that makes the 97 (I believe) and the lever SG has been bought and privatized. It remains to be seen what will happen, but I imagine they will begin making them again.

Just got off the phone to Lever arms how many do you want they have two models to choose from.Harold [$350]
